I was the 2013-2014 President of the Geography Club at Georgia College. In Geography Club, we promote geographic awareness in the form of group GIS Projects, Geocaching events, and Orienteering Events. We also attend club-based field Trips
that highlight a certain aspect of geography, for example, in the fall of 2013 we went on a field trip to the WMAZ weather station in Macon, Georgia, many of our members are interested in meteorology. Also, we went on hiking trips that take into respect landforms studied in our physical geography classes.
